**Effective January 1st, 2026, Seek Eye Care will require at least a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice if you're no longer able to make your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, not arriving for your appointment altogether, or arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time will result in a $25 non-refundable fee. For extenuating circumstances, it is up to Seek Eye Care's discretion if the $25 fee may be waived. Our office takes pride in providing personalized, quality care to all our patients. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and our prep work is often completed in advance to your arrival. Because this slot was not utilized, we were unable to offer this time to another person who is in need of our services.
