Our eye doctors prescribe the Optomap digital retina scan on an annual basis to provide the most thorough evaluation of your eye health.

There is a $39 dollar copay for this additional service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we do require a 48 hour notice to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.

If you are having an eye health emergency, please call us at 480-883-0900 or seek Emergency Room attention immediately at your local hospital.
