New Patient - Comprehensive Exam

Description:
Please note: There will be an additional $39 fee for the annual retinal scan. If an updated contact lens prescription is desired, contact lens evaluations start at $85 in addition to the exam fee or copay. Most insurances do not cover the retinal scan or contact lens evaluation fees.

Please call our office at 512-271-6677 to schedule a follow up appointment or an emergency visit (infection, injury, loss of vision or sudden increase in flashes or floaters). PLEASE NOTE FOR FAMILY SCHEDULING: No more than three members of a family may be scheduled on the same day. We require a $75 deposit when scheduling three family members on the same day, so please call to make the appointments. This deposit will be credited to you during your appointment unless there is a cancellation within 24 hours, or you do not show up for your appointment.
