A $25 fee will be charged for all appoinments missed with less than 24 hours notice. Children school age (5 years) or older. No more than 3 members of a family scheduled on the same day. We do a comprehensive retinal scan (Optomap) on all exams and a $39 fee applies that is not usually covered by insurance. If you have an eye injury, sudden onset of flashes or floaters or sudden loss of vision, please call the office if you do not see an appointment available within 24 hours or go to your nearest emergency room.
