Medical Visit
Description:
Red/Itchy Eye, Allergies, Foreign Body, or Acute or Problem-Based Exam. Please note, this will be filed through your medical insurance not your vision plan. We are able to see patient ages 4 and up.

Keratoconus
Description:
For those that need Scleral Contact Lenses. Please note, retinal fundus photos are required for all visits and subject to an additional copay if using insurance.

Myopia Management Consult
Description:
For patient's that are interested in Ortho-K, MiSight, Atropine, or custom soft contact lenses for themselves or their children. We are able to see patient ages 4 and up.

Diabetic Eye Exams
Description:
For patients that are diabetic that need reports sent to their physicians. Please note, this will be filed through your medical insurance not your vision plan. We are able to see patient ages 4 and up.

If you have an eye injury, sudden onset of flashes, floaters, or sudden loss of vision, please call the office at 817-489-5065 if you do not see an appointment available the same day.
