For eye exams, we are Open Access OUT-OF-NETWORK with vision insurance/discount plans.

Open Access means you can still utilize your vision benefits at an out-of-network provider.

We will print, fill out, and mail in the reimbursement forms to your insurance provider for you.

You will receive a reimbursement check for your out-of-network benefits in the mail a few weeks later. We do all the work for you!

Full exam fees due at time of service, many patients utilize their HSA/FSA accounts for this.
