In order to provide the highest quality eye care, our office now includes Optos Retinal Imaging as part of all comprehensive eye examinations. This advanced technology allows for a wide, detailed view of the retina, helping detect and monitor eye diseases early. For this reason, retinal imaging is a mandatory part of our exams. A copay of $0-$39 may apply, depending on your insurance coverage. When billed medically, it may be subject to your deductible.

If you are a NEW PATIENT, please come in 10-15 minutes BEFORE your appointment to complete the New Patient Paperwork.
If this appointment is for a child under 7, please schedule with Dr. Halatin.
If your Glasses Prescription requires a Prism, please schedule your appointment with Dr. Halatin.
If you are a GP/RGP/hard lens wearer, please schedule your appointment with Dr. Freed.
Hunterdon Family Eye Care is out of Network with United HealthCare MEDICARE ADVANTAGE Plans, however we will submit on behalf of Patient for out of network Benefits
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we MAY be required to reschedule
