Our Neuro-Developmental Optometrists specialize in helping children who struggle with reading, writing, attention, and learning. If you suspect Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, or your child is simply struggling to read/learn to their potential, this vision exam is for you!

Neuro-Visual Rehabilitation Evaluation (Concussions, Strokes, and Other Brain Injuries)
Description:
Have you been referred to one of our Neuro-Optometrists by another provider? This type of vision evaluation helps adults and children on their neuro-rehabilitation journey as you recover from the following common vision-related disruptions to life: Headaches, Eye Strain, Eye Tracking, Light Sensitivity, Motion Sensitivity, Blurry Vision or Double Vision; We can help through specialty lenses, prisms, tints, and/or vision therapy!

If you have an eye injury, sudden onset of flashes or floaters or sudden loss of vision, please call the office (801-492-6393). Whether you are looking for solutions to your vision problems, more information about vision therapy, or the best glasses or contact lens prescription you have ever had, our comprehensive exam will take care of you!
Please make any schedule changes 24+ hours in advance to avoid a $63 cancellation/no-show fee. Thanks!

Our Saratoga Springs - ACHIEVE Vision Therapy office is a cash-for-service clinic (cash, card, check, HSA or FSA accepted) and does not accept insurances.
Our Pleasant Grove - ACHIEVE Family Vision office does accept most major medical insurances for vision evaluations (not including Vision Therapy treatment sessions or our Dyslexia & Processing Evaluations).
