To be fair to the patient immediately after you, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. If we are unable to accommodate you due to a full schedule, please bear in mind that the $25 late rescheduling fee will also apply.

We assess a $25 late cancelation, rescheduling, or no show fee when you reschedule within 24 business hours of your appointment (ie. Tuesday appointments must be cancelled by the preceding Saturday).
