I understand that San Marcos Vision Center requires at least a 2-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments (if your appointment is at 3:00 PM, you'll need to cancel or reschedule before 1:00 PM the same day). A $40 fee will apply for any no-shows or late appointment cancellations/reschedules. This policy allows us to free up your reserved appointment time for other patients. If our office is not yet open, you can text our office number (512-353-0588) to cancel to avoid any fees.
