Please read the following statements prior to booking:
Please provide both your vision care plan and medical insurance information or your visit will be considered self-pay.
Our associate doctor, Dr. Dan, sees patients one day a week. She attended the University of Houston College of Optometry as well and therefore practices very similarly to Dr. Fandry! Her bio can be found on our website. Please be sure to call the office to schedule if you have a doctor preference.
***Very important: If you have an eye injury, new onset of flashes/floaters, sudden loss of vision, or a red/irritated eye and you do not see any appointments available for same or next day please call (832) 753 - 4073. In these cases we will need to assess urgency and can work you into the schedule if needed.***
Same day and other appointment times may be available. Please call the office and we will be happy to check!
Booking multiple family members? We see a limit of two family members per day.
Parents, please be advised that in order to ensure a thorough examination during your appointment, children under 10 are not permitted in the exam room, and for their safety cannot be left unattended in the waiting area. Additionally, all minor children must have a parent or guardian with them for all visits. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
