Medical Eye Exam
Description:
Billed to medical insurance (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, UHC, UMR). Eye health exam for specific concerns or conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, dry eyes, cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma. Please note: pupil dilation may be necessary.
