ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMS ONLY. If you need to schedule a follow up, contact check, dilation, or red eye appointment, please contact the office at 507-316-0770. Any office visits scheduled during comprehensive exam appointment spots online will be rescheduled to a later date. If you have an eye injury, sudden onset of flashes or floaters or sudden loss of vision, please call the office and follow the prompts to receive emergency care. NOTICE:

As of Oct 1st, 2022, all comprehensive eye exams will include our digital imaging suite. This $39 additional charge includes a 3D retinal scan, Optos widefield imaging, and anterior segment imaging. The charge is required and not covered by insurance.

We have instituted a 24-Hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the event that this does not occur (or you fail to show for your appointment) a $50 cancellation/no-show fee may be applied to your account. This fee is required to be paid prior to booking another appointment and is not billable to insurance. Any future appointments booked online prior to paying the no-show fee will be automatically cancelled.
