Glasses Exam

Description:
This fully comprehensive exam includes a glasses prescription, comprehensive testing and digital retina imaging. This exam is not for contact lens wearers.

Please note: Meridian Eyes does not process vision insurances on behalf of its patients. Patients will be given a detailed invoice after their exam to submit to their insurance. We allow patients to use HSA or FSA payment methods. Costco's Optical department is able to bill most insurances when ordering glasses or contacts.
