Complete eye health exam for current problems with the eye such as: redness, itching, discomfort, pre-existing eye conditions ( cataracts, severe dry eyes, glaucoma, retina disease) or whole-body problems affecting the eye (pre-daibetes/diabetes). Glasses and Contact Lens prescription provided.

If you have an eye injury, sudden onset of flashes or floaters or sudden loss of vision, please call the office if you do not see an appointment available within 24 hours. Please give all insurance information 48 hours before appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cash pay exam. Failure to show up to a confirmed appointment may result in a $50 Missed Fee Charge. If you are wanting to schedule a DODMERB Exam please call the office or text to get that appointment on the books.
