In order to provide the highest quality of care, a retinal exam is now required as part of your exam: an Optomap exam or a dilated exam. Optomap exams will be an additional $39. If you have any medical symptoms, such as flashes, floaters, pain, etc. please call the office. No more than two family members may be scheduled at a time.
