You and Eye Family Eye Care utilizes the latest technology to give the most comprehensive exams possible. All exams include ultra-wide angle photographs of the retina and a computerized scan of the optic nerve and subretinal layers, which allows early detection and consistent monitoring of eye conditions. The photo and scan are painless, do not require any drops, and take less than 2 minutes. Insurance does not cover the cost of this procedure; it is $49. (For children under 7, we only take photographs; the cost is $39).

Cancellation Policy/Termination Policy:

If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we do request doing so 24-hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to notify our practice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance may result in a late cancelation fee of $50 being applied to your account. This fee is not payable by insurance and will be your responsibility before services are rendered.
