If you are scheduling a comprehensive/yearly eye exam, please use the above scheduler. The cost of our eye exam is $100, which includes a glasses prescription update, retina photographs, visual field screening, and eye dilation if needed. Contact lens evaluations for established wearers are $50 and for new wearers are $100 (includes a personalized training). While we are not in-network with vision insurance plans, our office applies a $100 discount on our glasses packages to those with vision insurance. Additionally, we will provide assistance with filing out-of-network claims for more reimbursement. We also are able to file many comprehensive exams with medical insurance for certain medical eye conditions/complaints. We are in-network with Medicare, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Ambetter.
